All returns can be requested within 30 days after item delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all labels intact to qualify for return.
Shipping Cost Rule
We cover return shipping fees if items arrive damaged, defective or shipped incorrectly by our warehouse error.
For customer-initiated returns (wrong size, dislike, personal reason), buyers are responsible for all return shipping expenses.
Refund Arrangement
After our warehouse receives and inspects returned goods, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Final Sale Exclusion
Custom-made items, clearance & discounted final-sale products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except for manufacturing defects.
How to Apply for Return
