2. Pricing & Payment Rules

3. Order & Shipping Regulation
After successful payment, we arrange goods shipment within 1–5 business days. All delivery time shown on site is estimated transit period, not legally binding deadline; global logistics delay caused by customs inspection, natural disaster or carrier issue is out of our liability range.
Partial delivery is allowed for split-stock orders; we ship available items first and send remaining goods separately with no extra shipping cost for buyers.
Incorrect delivery address provided by shoppers leading to package loss/return, relevant freight cost shall be undertaken by customers.
4. Return, Refund & After-sales
All return activities follow our independent Return & Refund Policy published on website. For EU customers, you enjoy statutory 14-day cooling-off return right regulated by EU Consumer Rights Law, which cannot be restricted by our store rules. Customized goods, clearance final-sale items are non-refundable except manufacturing quality defects.
